Tracked shipping to France and the entire European Union

Shipping area

We deliver to mainland France and the 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping costs €2.50 (VAT included) per order. The amount is shown in the cart and at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped. Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days on average after shipping. These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, sales). If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived on time or arrives damaged, email us with your order number: we will offer a reshipment or a refund.
