Returns and refunds

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

The item must be returned complete, in good condition, in its original packaging if possible. To start a return, email us with your order number: we will send you the return address and procedure. Parcels sent without a prior request cannot be processed.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order: in that case, we cover them.

Defective or damaged item

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days at most, to the payment method used for the order.
